We have built this Villa with all the benefits of overseas know-how! It is insulated to keep noise down, it is well constructed using quality materials and we have hot water all day and excellent plumbing.
For those that have traveled before you will know that in many countries including Greece, you do not flush toilet tissue. This is especially relevant to this island where waste paper baskets are common place in most other tourist accommodation.
The entire villa has excellent plumbing, no more smelly waste paper baskets, Use it, flush it!!
All the windows have shutters to reduce the heat while you have your afternoon siesta.
Basic supplies can be purchased from the mini market around the corner.
Cleaning is undertaken regularly and you may often find that Vivian has popped in and tided up in between cleans as well. Aside from your personal items you will not need to bring anything else.
The Villa is centrally located and offers 9 rooms over 2 floors, some with balconies others with private gardens. Some are rooms only with a fridge, kettle etc and others are self contained studios with a full kitchenette.
They can sleep anywhere from 2 – 4 guests and are ideal for families and adventure groups. The Villa has various configurations of beds, there are doubles and treble rooms, made up of singles, twins or double beds. Please be specific about your preference, e.g. two couples may need two double beds, but a family may need a mix of a double and some twin beds.
The street is very quiet and parking is available along the street and on the opposite side of the road, under the tree. Please do not park right outside the main entrance, it makes getting luggage inside more difficult and we would like to allow access for emergency vehicles. You are walking distance to the main square, the port and everything in between.
Vivian Villa
The studios have a well-equipped separate kitchenette with a hob. If your prefer to make your own light meals, have breakfast earlier in the mornings before embarking on your day or have children, these studios are an economical way for adventure groups and families to vacation on the island.
Each studio can sleep up to 4 people depending on its layout. The rooms will contain a mix of single, twin and double beds. Please be specific about what configuration your require, for example two couples may require two double beds but a family with childen may prefer one double and twin beds.
